2. RETURN POLICY
In case of dissatisfaction with the products you purchased from MsMeva, the return process is subject to the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days from the product delivery date.
- The products to be returned must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
- For returns, documents such as invoice or order number must be submitted.
Shipping costs during return transactions are covered by MsMeva.
3. RETURN PROCESS
After your return request is approved, you can send your product back to us by cargo. After the returned products are checked, the refund process will be completed and your payment will be refunded within 7 business days.
4. CHANGE
If you want to replace the products you purchased from MsMeva with another product, exchange transactions are possible at the customer's expense.
